About
Truthfully, exploring and organizing these thoughts into a coherent narrative allows me to offload the mental energy required to hold them in my head. For someone who lives and breathes systems, this is cathartic. Therapeutic, even. It costs me nothing to host and I make no money from it. Your engagement is merely a bonus.
My background is technical, but my interests are human. I spend a lot of time translating between domains, noticing misalignments, and trying to make complex dynamics easier to see without simplifying them dishonestly. The writing here is exploratory, but intentional. These aren’t hot takes or attempts to persuade. They’re efforts to clarify how something works, why it persists, and what tradeoffs are embedded in it. //Really can’t just say its a blog?
I’m not interested in outrage, optimization for engagement, or telling people what to think. I am interested in clarity, restraint, and leaving behind maps that might help someone else make sense of the world they’re navigating. Some of what’s here may resonate. Some of it may not.
I am not an expert in any of the fields I’m exploring. I don’t write from a position of authority. I write from experience, observation, and a technical background that makes me comfortable thinking in terms of systems and failure modes. When I’m wrong, I expect to be corrected. I consider that part of the process rather than a failure of it. If I got something wrong, reach out via email so I can correct it.
